Mark has nearly 30 years' experience in employment law matters, advising employers in all areas of employment and discrimination law. He is a highly experienced advocate before employment tribunals and regularly leads seminars and training courses.

He has considerable experience in acting for NHS Trusts and healthcare clients generally, major retail, manufacturing and insurance companies including multinationals, OMBs and in the education sector. He has considerable experience in handling large multiple claimant actions for employers. Mark also acts for senior employee individuals across a broad range of employment issues.

It was recently held that riders for food delivery firm Deliveroo were self employed and not engaged as workers as they had alleged.
