Mark joined Weightmans in January 2008.

He has specialised in employment law since qualifying in 1990.

Recent instructions have included: acting for local authorities in ongoing equal pay litigation, advising universities on a range of issues with academic and non academic staff, advising both local authorities and external provider organisations on staff issues arising on outsourcing of local government services, advising NHS trusts on issues arising from the transfer of services and staff between the client and another NHS trust. Mark provides advice across a range of private and public sectors on collective issues including restructures/redundancies and industrial action.

Mark also acts for senior individuals in disputes with their current or former employers.
