Natasha's practice focuses on domestic and international insolvency work for creditors, debtors and insolvency and restructuring professionals.
She has experience in both insolvency and asset recovery in particular advising insolvency practitioners in their various capacities on both contentious and non-contentious matters, undertaking pre-pack and general insolvency transactional work as well as acting on behalf of office-holders in a number of high profile and reported cases. She also acts for a range of clients in addition to creditors, such as institutional lenders, bondholders, stakeholders, insolvency practitioners and directors and ABL's on complex domestic and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies.
Natasha has a direct and commercial approach, giving practical advice, bringing a loyal client base not just within the UK but internationally as well.
She is a member of the Insolvency Lawyers Association and the R3 Group and the Raiidar International Insolvency litigation Network.
