Rebecca is a Solicitor in the Disputed Wills, Trusts and Estates team, based in Manchester.

Rebecca has expertise in a wide range of contentious probate matters.

She advises clients on disputes concerning the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance Act, proprietary estoppel, constructive trusts, professional negligence and administration disputes involving trustees, executors and beneficiaries.

Rebecca regularly acts for executors, beneficiaries and family members involved in high value and complex estate disputes, many of which involve sensitive family dynamics. She has evidenced experience from the pre-action stage through to litigation and/or alternative dispute resolution. Rebecca has a particular interest in the strategic aspects of disputes and takes a pragmatic approach to resolving complex matters.
