Reena Richards

Reena is a Principal Associate in the property litigation team with over 15 years’ experience in litigation and with a particular expertise in commercial property disputes. Her clients include several UK pub companies, Universities and commercial businesses as well as social landlords and individuals.

Reena deals with most aspects of property litigation including termination of leases, possession claims, claims against trespassers, lease renewals (including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 business tenancies) and breach of lease terms. Reena also deals with real property disputes such as adverse possession and boundary disputes. Reena has dealt with various injunctions for breach of lease terms, trespass and nuisance for her Pub Cos, Universities and NHS Trust clients and is building up a practice in this area.

Reena has a lot of experience in the Licensed & Leisure sector and for her Pub Co clients, Reena also advises in relation to the Pubs Code and MRO (Market Rent Only) proceedings.

Reena sits on the Property Litigation Association Northern Committee.
