Rob Williams

Rob has worked at Weightmans for 25 years. Becoming partner in 2002 and then Head of Insurance in 2018, his career within the insurance sector has focused mostly on composite insurers and their claims and advisory requirements — working for insurers and their insureds, TPAs, public bodies and diverse commercial entities.

Rob is Client Lead on the firm’s Innovation Group, harnessing process and technology to create and deliver solutions that offer true value for customers. The group has spearheaded the firm’s collaboration with leading academics to understand how computer systems can engage in the process of reasoning in the legal arena, testing proof of concepts with the aim to create a truly unique digital solution which will change the way legal services are delivered.

Rob is also a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL).
