Sarah specialises in all aspects of corporate and company law, advising a wide range of companies (from large corporates to OMBs) on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and strategic projects. She has particular experience in tech and healthcare (particularly pharmacy).

Sarah joined Mace & Jones as a trainee in 2000 and was made partner in 2008 after developing a reputation as one of Manchester's up and coming corporate lawyers. She is presently Head of Service Delivery for the Corporate, Commercial and Wills, Trusts & Estates teams, operationally managing over 60 partners and employees nationally.
