Stuart Lindley

Formerly of RadcliffesLeBrasseur, Stuart is a Partner in our commercial litigation team. Since qualification, he has specialised exclusively in insolvency litigation and is renowned for his work in both personal and corporate insolvency. He has experience of advising and representing solicitors facing insolvency issues.

Stuart is experienced in:

• Advising officeholders, directors and other individuals in all aspects of contentious insolvency
• Stuart has particular expertise in personal insolvency and has had a number of reported cases
• Training a number of organisations on insolvency issues, including R3
• Realising domestic and overseas assets for the benefit of creditors
• Defending officeholders from applications challenging their appointment
• Defending officeholders from applications challenging their remuneration
• Achieving significant results in respect of antecedent transactions
