Thomas is a Principal Associate in our Healthcare team and is based in the Liverpool office.
Thomas has more than a decade of experience in dealing with healthcare matters, which includes advising on and defending clinical negligence cases for NHS Resolution and other private insurers.
Thomas has wide, varied experience dealing with a range of cases including fatal accidents, general surgery, oncology, orthopaedics and obstetrics. His knowledge and experience also extend to claims of significant value, including spinal and brain injury claims.
Thomas is also Team Manager of a team of junior handlers across all offices and undertakes a significant amount of supervision and development of junior colleagues’ technical knowledge.
