Victoria Pace

Victoria is a Principal Associate in the commercial litigation team in Manchester.

Victoria deals with a wide range of commercial disputes including:

• contractual claims;
• corporate disputes (including shareholder claims);
• partnership disputes;
• professional negligence; and
• intellectual property claims.

Victoria has also advised in relation to claims arising from defamation, misuse of confidential information and breaches of restrictive covenants.

Victoria has particular expertise in dealing with IT disputes and disputes within the public sector, acting for NHS Trusts, universities and other public sector bodies such as the fire service and police.

She has dealt with a number of public procurement disputes and judicial reviews.

Victoria is familiar with all types of alternative dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication and expert determinations.

Victoria is instructed by a wide variety of clients including individuals, corporate bodies, public bodies, insurers and owner-managed businesses.
