Yasmina is dual-qualified as a lawyer in Spain and the UK with more than a decade of experience in travel litigation, personal injury compensation and financial recovery claims.

She acts for defendants and claimants regarding claims arising from accidents abroad and at various levels of complexity.

She deals with claims for British holidaymakers injured abroad under the Package Travel Regulations, or if the Regulations do not apply, under the applicable foreign law, such as: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Romanian, Polish or Greek laws, with the assistance of local lawyers.

Yasmina also has expertise dealing with Montreal Convention claims relating to accidents occurred during or in the process of embarking/disembarking a flight.

Yasmina acts for Spanish and French insurers defending claims brought in the UK courts, involving complex issues of applicable law, liability and quantum of damages.
