Cross Perspectives conference

Join us for our Cross Perspectives conference, where we explore cross-border claims through a comparative lens of English and French law. 

Virginie Medard and Simon Ball of Weightmans will be hosting a Cross-border conference in Paris on 21 April 2026 in conjunction with Coris UK and Stream Avocats. We will cover topics ranging from jurisdiction, costs, penalty interests, enforcement of foreign judgements and much more. We will add an element of comparative law by analysing the French perspective.
