Gaining CREST Cyber Security Incident Response (CSIR) accreditation means that CyXcel has met the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and assurance in the field of cyber incident response.

It comes after CyXcel recently attained NCSC CIR Assured Service Provider status.

Steve Sandford, Partner, Digital Forensics and Incident Response at CyXcel, commented:

“Gaining CREST CSIR accreditation is a significant milestone for CyXcel. It not only validates our commitment to excellence and best practices but also enhances our credibility and trust with clients and stakeholders.”

Edward Lewis, Chief Executive Officer at CyXcel, added:

“This recognition underscores CyXcel’s commitment to delivering top-tier incident response services and enhancing our clients’ cyber resilience. Achieving this accreditation is a testament to the skill and hard work of our dedicated Incident Response and Digital Forensics team.”

CREST provides internationally recognised accreditations for organisations providing technical security services and professional level certifications for individuals providing vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, cyber incident response, threat intelligence and security operations centre (SOC) services. Engaging a CREST CSIR accredited provider ensures that organisations receive expert assistance when cyber incidents occur.
