Adam said: "I am delighted to be joining Weightmans’ aviation litigation team, which has established a significant presence in London over the last three years and which is now entering a phase of further expansion. I very much look forward to increasing the firm's offering in all aspects of aviation litigation work, and in particular in respect of complex commercial court claims, general aviation claims, claims arising out of alleged pilot negligence and claims involving a German language element.

“The emphasis will continue to be on providing a high-quality but cost-effective service, using aviation technical knowledge where required to secure the best possible outcomes for clients."

“His appointment further bolsters our status as the pre-eminent practice in the UK for aviation technical knowledge. As well as his expertise, Adam is the second qualified current pilot on the team with licences and ratings on fixed wing, rotary and even sea planes.”
