Prestigious recognition for the firm’s family law team
Weightmans has been included in the 2025 eprivateclient Top Family Law Firms list - an in-depth look at the leading firms providing family law advice in the UK.
The annual list recognises the Top Family Law Firms in the UK, surveying over 100 family law firm teams nationwide. Rankings are based on data received on areas such as number of partners, number of fee earners, total number of staff, total fee income and fee income as a percentage of firm total income.
This latest accolade follows a series of recent successes for the firm’s private client group; earlier this month eprivateclient included Weightmans in its 2025 Top Law Firms list for private wealth law; two of Weightmans’ leading private client lawyers, Jonathan Shankland and Richard Bate, were named in the prestigious Spear’s Tax & Trust Advisers Index; and family lawyers, Emma Collins and Carole Atkinson were recommended in the renowned Spear’s 500 guide, further demonstrating the team’s depth of talent and expertise.
