Emma Collins and Carole Atkinson are included in the Spear's Family Law Indices 2025 as Recommended Family Lawyers, published today (June 25, 2025).
Launched in 2014, the Spear’s 500 is regarded as Europe’s most respected guide to the top private client advisers, wealth managers, lawyers and service providers for high-net-worth individuals.
Making the list this year is Emma Collins, Partner and Individuals Segment Head, with over 30 years of experience in family law, and Carole Atkinson, consultant, recognised in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame, and a practicing family lawyer for over 35 years.
