Weightmans has retained its position on a legal framework to offer advice and support for one of the country’s leading providers of affordable housing.
The firm will continue its long-term partnership with Midland Heart (since 2016), after being appointed to two new Lots - Property Development and Building Safety and Governance – in addition to its existing Housing Management and Litigation work.
Midland Heart provides 35,000 homes across the Midlands, serving 70,000 residents, over 54 local authorities.

The contract is expected to commence in August 2025 for a period of three-five years.
