Formerly of RadcliffesLeBrasseur, Adam is a solicitor in the real estate team, based in our London office.

Adam specialises in residential property including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, financing and secured lending, landlord and tenant work and leasehold enfranchisement.

Adam represents a range of clients from high-net worth owners to investors and developers and acts for both individuals and companies based in the UK and offshore.

Adam acts on behalf of a number of landlords for high-value apartment blocks in central London, providing advice on a broad array of residential matters.

• Acting for superior and intermediate landlords in the grant of licences, deeds of variation and both statutory and informal lease extensions;
• De-enveloping matter involving transfer of leasehold properties from offshore companies;
• Acting in a family transfer of a property worth in excess of £5m;
• Advising landlord client in formalising consent for alterations in high-value listed block involving service of Section 5 notices and grant of new lease; and
• Various freehold and leasehold transactions including probate matters, sales under consent orders, purchase of development land and acting for international clients purchasing property through UK-based companies.
