Adina is a Principal Associate in the London office. She joined Weightmans as a Trainee Solicitor in 2014 and has over 10 years of experience in the resolution of disputes arising from clinical negligence.
Adina advises on and handles a variety of claims, representing NHS Resolution and a number of different trusts. Her experience includes claims involving brain injury, visual loss, delay in diagnosing cancer, neonatal deaths and amputations. Adina has experience in case handling at all stages of the pre-action and litigation process and regularly engages in ADR in order to achieve efficient resolution and the appropriate outcome. Adina prides herself on working collaboratively with her opponents, and on building relationships with all those that she works.
