Andrea is a real estate solicitor with over three years of post-qualification experience, working closely with registered providers of social housing and local authorities to bring development projects to life.

Andrea's work spans everything from section 106 turnkey acquisitions, golden brick transactions, land-led schemes, back-to-back sales, option agreements and conditional contracts. She also handles other related property matters like deeds of easement, infrastructure agreements, and substation leases — making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

The part of Andrea's role that she enjoys most is helping clients navigate the complexities of property development and seeing their projects take shape in the local communities.
