Douglas is a Partner in the Energy & Utilities team and is based in our Birmingham Office.

Douglas is a commercial and regulatory lawyer with 20 years’ experience, working with both public and private sector clients. Douglas has an extensive range of experience within the energy sector, advising clients on energy trading and supply agreements, district energy projects, renewable energy infrastructure developments, electric vehicle charge point installation, long-term fuel supply agreements and power purchase agreements. In addition, Douglas has a broad scope of commercial and regulatory experience across other sectors including automative, media and sports.
