Elliot is an Associate within the Property Litigation team, based in London.
Elliot is a specialist real estate disputes solicitor who advises and acts for commercial and residential property clients.
His expertise includes residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues, real property disputes, and professional negligence claims arising out of underlying property matters.
Elliot has experience ranging from First Tier Tribunal and County Court proceedings to High Court claims, including urgent applications for interim injunctions.
With prior experience also in commercial litigation acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants, Elliot has built his career in dispute resolution from the outset. This experience has established him as a confident property litigator with a pragmatic and commercial approach to finding solutions for clients, including by way of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation.
