Fiona O'Sullivan

Fiona specialises in the financial aspects of relationship breakdown, with particular expertise in pensions and is based in our Birmingham office.

Fiona is recognised in legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers and partners as a leader in her field described as "clear concise and very sympathetic" and "pragmatic and sensible-someone who fights hard and fairly for her client". Legal 500 2013 confirms that she "goes that extra mile".

Fiona has a reputation for being an astute negotiator who concentrates on cutting to the core of the issues in a relationship breakdown resulting in prompt resolution whether by settlement or court decision with proportionate expenditure by way of legal costs for her clients.

She has more than 25 years' experience acting for professionals across the economic sector and a significant proportion of her work is referred to her by barristers, judges and other members of the legal professional based upon her reputation across the Midlands.
