Judy Lankester

Judy Lankester is a Principal Associate in the real estate team, based in the firm’s Leeds office.

Over the years Judy has gained a high level of experience in dealing with energy and renewables projects both from the landowner and developer perspective including solar, anaerobic digestors, onshore wind, battery storage and low carbon glasshouse farming. She has also been involved in national scale projects.

Relevant representative experience includes:

• Advising on a wind turbine project involving 13km of cabling across multiple third party landowners’ properties.
• Advising on a DCO scale proposed development looking to be one of the largest in the UK.
• Advising on a greenhouse low carbon farming project covering 27 hectares.
• Advising multiple landowners in relation to a carbon capture pipeline project.
