Katy Inch

Katy works in our commercial property team with a particular focus on real estate finance transactions. Katy advises a number of financial institutions and specialist lenders providing both investment and development finance secured against UK real estate.

Katy’s work covers a wide spectrum of asset classes including residential investment portfolios, retail, office and industrial. She also has wide experience in working on development finance transactions. Katy provides her clients with specialist commercially driven advice on the underlying asset(s) securing their loan.

Having spent a number of years in-house at a specialist bank, Katy has a real insight into what her clients are looking for and utilises this knowledge and experience to provide a collaborative solution lead approach to her transactions.

Katy also has extensive experience in all other aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions and sales and landlord and tenant work.
