Rosie is a Principal Associate in our corporate and commercial team based in Newcastle.

Rosie’s diverse experience whilst acting for many well-known businesses includes a range of complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general company law matters such as large group reorganisations. Rosie also advises a variety of venture capital funds and companies on venture capital investment transactions.

Rosie has a particular focus on the Financial Services, Technology and Venture Capital sectors, achieving outstanding results for the clients she works with.

Rosie is consistently credited by clients for going beyond the level of service clients expect. She is willing to go the extra mile to ensure a first class service is given.
