Rachel qualified in 2003 and specialises in financial problems arising on the breakdown of a marriage, as well as cohabitation splits and all other family related issues.

Rachel embraces the varied work that family law has to offer. A typical caseload will comprise separation agreements involving both married couples and cohabitants; variation of maintenance, enforcement applications and Children Act applications in respect of the arrangements for children post separation.

Rachel enjoys working as a family solicitor as it enables her to work closely with people dealing with a broad range of issues. Every day is different and rewards are reaped when Rachel facilitates a resolution to a particular client's problems, so seeing a positive change in their life.
